BACK PAIN

Back pain is one of the most common health complaints nowadays. Any constant or sudden pain in the back part of body that makes you hard to move or bend can be termed as back pain. Prevention of the back pain

Back pain can be prevented by keeping its risk factors in the mind which are:

  • Stress and depression

  • Chunky physical structure

  • Pregnant women are more likely to get affected

  • Women and older people have the higher risk

The other factors that can help you in preventing the Back pain are:

  • Keeping your muscles strong by doing proper exercise.

  • Don’t let your body get extra weight and if you are already obese than lose your weight

  • Take proper diet containing vitamin D and calcium that will make your bone stronger.

  • Always maintain a right posture and stay balanced.
